Returns & Refunds
We take great pride in crafting/cutting lots of our products by hand with care and precision. Please review the following policy before purchasing.
Made-to-Order and Custom Products
Some of our products — including bench cushions, linen pillow covers, table linens, and fabric sold by the meter — are individually crafted or cut once your order is placed. Even when selecting from drop-down size options, your item is considered custom-made.
As such, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless:
• They arrive damaged
• There is a confirmed production error
• They do not match your order in terms of color, material, or dimensions beyond acceptable tolerances (see below)
Handcrafted Nature & Dimension Tolerances
Some of our products are handmade, not mass-produced. Due to the characteristics of natural textiles and the flexibility of materials like foam and linen, minor variations in final dimensions (±1–2 cm) may occur. These are part of the nature of handcrafted work and are not considered defects.
If precise dimensions are essential (e.g., for built-in seating), we recommend contacting us before placing your order.
Color Disclaimer & Fabric Samples
Please note that colors may appear differently on screen due to variations in display settings, lighting conditions, and device types. While we do our best to represent colors accurately, we cannot guarantee an exact match between what you see and the final product.
If an exact shade is important, we strongly recommend ordering fabric samples before placing a full order. This ensures you can assess both color and texture in your own space and lighting.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for color differences that fall within normal variation due to screen display.
Please note! Color differences can sometimes happen due to the fabric manufacturing process. This is normal and can look like:

Slight shade differences between fabric batches (even if they’re the same color).

Minor color changes between fabric rolls, even from the same production run.

Soft shading along the length or width of one roll of fabric.

Color looking a bit different depending on the angle or direction you view it from.
These variations are common in the textile industry and are not considered defects.
Fabric sample fees are non-refundable.
Fabric Sold by the Meter/Yard
All fabric is cut to your specific length and is treated as a custom product. As such, fabric sold by the meter is non-refundable and non-returnable, unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.
We carefully inspect all cut fabric before dispatch to ensure it is in excellent condition and free of defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and the issue
• We will resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate In some cases, we may ask for the return of the item before issuing a resolution.
Standard-Size Products
If we offer any ready-made or standard-size items, they may be eligible for return if:
• You contact us within 14 days of delivery
• The item is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging
• You return it within 14 days of return approval
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Refunds
Where applicable, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation. Bank and payment provider processing times may vary.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and request a return (if eligible) for the original.
